May 3, 2024: Applying Logic Model Information into Coalition Planning (10:00am-12:00pm EST)
This session will focus upon the importance of using logic models to effectively reduce the impact of substance use in your community. While many coalitions talk the language of logic models, many coalitions fall into the “busy work” trap and the logic model is lost. This session will focus on how to engage your coalition in building effective road maps to success. Special emphasis will be placed on how to map data to logic models and how to address health equity in every aspect of the work.
