Growth and Sustainability Planning is a thread that is integrated through the Strategic Prevention Framework. Sustainability is far too often not considered until a coalition is facing a crisis, such as the looming end of a funding cycle. This session discusses sustainability as an essential element of all coalition initiatives and provides insights and tools on how to approach sustainability from day one.
